list of cars which can provide edis parts

Post by DD »

I've bought a MJ V3 version about a year ago but i've not been able to use it until now. So now I'm on the look for some edis4 parts. But I can't seem to find a list of cars that have these parts. Does this mean I can use any edis4 motorcraft parts or do I need some special version?
I'm from the netherlands so european cars would be nice

nearly all Fords from 1990 to 1995 will have the parts you need. later ones don't have the EDIS modul but all other parts.
you can use all parts you can find, don't worry about the differences. it seems they only count with the factory engine ECU.

i found the Escort is the easiest to remove the parts from. the Fiesta has its coilpack at the back of the engine and its a pain to remove. sometimes the crankshaft sensor is very tight, just move to the next car and try again
