PGM Plugs?

i think i missed somthing somewhere. Im going to install my MJLJ and looking at the pin outs for it. I see that there are the PGM outputs or inputs. Im not to sure what these are for. Could someone please clear this up for me? Do i need these connected to the EDIS module or somthing? What are they used for. Thanks

They are for the programmable outputs. I'm working on some documentation for this, and something more comprehensive for wiring the MJLJ in general.
