Autosport Labs

I've been using the MK3 for a while now with great success but I'm having an issue. No power when hooked up to the wiring harness. I've verified power exists to the harness and the ground is good. The unit does power up via USB to a laptop. Any thoughts? I'm at a NASA event currently and am missing my dash and data.

I've tested the MK3 directly to a battery via the pins on the unit with no success. It only Powers up via a USB plug. Please let me know if I need to send the unit back or other steps.
