Hi,

I can no longer connect to my RC Mk 2 with the RaceCapture app. I tried under both Windows 7 and Mac. No COM ports or additional USB devices show up in Device Manager in Windows. The status LEDs light up as appropriate, it just seems there is no communication. Anything I can try, or does the unit need repair?

Hi Scott,

Let's figure this out:

* Do you also have a Bluetooth connection available, and if so, does it connect under Android? Just to see if you can connect this way, will narrow down the problem.
* What firmware version are you running, if you can remember? Try updating to v2.9.1 if possible. If that doesn't work, we can have an alternate procedure.
