Is there anyway to 'skin' the MJ config program. I have a touchscreen pc mounted in my dash and although megajolt looks good on it, is there anyway to customise the interface and make the dials look a bit better?

Not fully skinnable, but is a good idea. An alternative 1/2 way solution would be to make the gauge colors customizable- needle color, text color, gauge background color. I'll put it on the to-do list.
Also, The software API is available in the "How To" section, which would make it possible to write a secondary dashboard-dedicated app.
