So i followed the hyperterminal diagnostics and the megajolt responded as it said it should.
Turns out i somehow downloaded v3 pc software which was odd because when i went to their site there was only v4 available.
Its working good now tho. Thanks for the help!

Still havent figured out how to use hyperterminal. But yes there is a green light on. And running the timing does advance as it gets rev'ed up

I do have rpm coming out of the megajolt to my transmission controller

Have my megajolt all hooked up and cant get it to communicate with the laptop. The edis runs fine. But obviously stuck at 10degrees. Ive tried a usb to serial converter with proper drivers installed and connecting to the computers serial port with a extention harness as the megajolt cable isnt deep ...
