Ok so I put a strobe light on the pully on the motor and while revving the line still stays put on the 9th tooth. Would this indicate it's not advancing at all?

Great -.- now the car won't drive properly at all
It hesitates at low rpm and you can only crawl in 1st gear
If in neutral you can rev it past the hesitation point just not when your moving

Thoughts? The mj should be working as rpm definitely changes to limp mode when I un plug it
