I was wondering same thing, could you use diode config for tach output as signal to distributer? EDIS output joined for signle output to distributer for trigger.

Are we good on this now?

Is it possible to use original coil and distributer with fixed advance on rotor arm, using doide arrangement minus zener diode for tach output, to send signal to coil from edis? This would give a original period look.

Do I need load/rpm bins to max rpm of engine, if advance is same at 5000 rpm as 6500rpm. I have most load/rpm bins down at lower rpm's where most advance is happening.

The configuration you show using two diodes and one zener diode, are the the two in4004's connected to spark output or spark trigger input

There seems to be two types of vr sensors being used one with side tab mounting and one with sensor with one tab and threaded stud going through being used to position it to 36-1 wheel. I would like to which car the second is. and is it available in USA

Should coil packs be mounted to engine or can you put on firewall. The factory locations seem to always mount to engine
