you can buy usb to serial adapters. thats what i used. try to buy a good one though, not one of those 99p jobbies of ebay, people seem to have issues with them ones not working properly.

Is there a way of the mjl detecting a voltage signal? as in, supplying a voltage to it so that it effected the timing?
