The company I worked for purchased 2 RaceCapturePro Mk 1's and at least 1 RealTime telemetry module back in 2013 or 2014. I think at that time the system was used to mild success and some data was uploaded to Podium via the telemetry module.

Will I have any problems trying to get the telemetry module to upload to Podium on a different account if I try and get the system back up and running now? IE Is the telemetry module locked to specific account?

Hi, it's not locked to a specific account; it's based on the Podium device ID. See the full instructions here:

Be sure to update the MK1 firmware to the latest 2.8.7, if it does not have it already.
