Need help to determine why I'm not seeing any data from the ECU of a 2003 JDM STI ECU using the legacy OBDII adapter. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find much information on the web about what communication protocol or baud rate it is expecting.
Is there a LUA script I could try to dump the data to verify I have an active connection since I've never seen a single indication the OBDII adapter is working (other than the RC/Pro II powering up).

the Legacy OBDII adapter does put out some diagnostic information, which can be collected using the CAN logging script on our wiki.
However, it might be a good idea to verify basic operation on a different pre-CAN OBDII vehicle - such as just enabling / testing RPM.
Instructions here : make sure you have the CAN and baud settings correct and you're on the latest firmware. https://wiki.autosportlabs.com/OBD2CAN
