Have a RaceCapture Pro MK 2. Followed the instructions for a sim card to get real time and it worked great last year. Recently when I power up the unit, cellular does not connect, no lights come on at all. Called ATT and they say everything is good on their end.

What are the possibilities of sending it back and have it looked at?

At this point I'm at a loss.

Hi Bobby,

Can you post a log when your unit is trying to connect via telemetry? While powered up, go under Setup -> Scripting -> click the "Poll Logfile" button.

Copy the log you see while it's attempting to connect and paste it here.
