Intermittent connection issue at 14hrs of Daytona

It is transmitting on the box it's self. But the live telemetry says connected for about a minute but it's not showing any data. Then it will say not connected,if I refresh the page it will do the samething again. Has anyone run into this problem before. It was working fine the other day at the shop and down the road. It has a T mobile SIM card

Hi Derrick,
Are you saying that it was connecting, disconnecting and then re-connecting again during the race?
Can you confirm the version of firmware you're running? Also, does the static testing still work solidly back in the shop?
Some common issues are: marginal signal strength (causing a drop in connection) and loose or intermittent power from vibrations.
What service are you running- AT&T or T-Mobile?
