Drivers are installed and working

I have re installed the app.
i have tried USB 2 and USB 3 ports.
i have disabled my AV.

I have tired running as admin.

I have tried making sure i have an SD card installed in the RCP. I have tried without SD card.

Ok I installed everything in a another computer and it the RCP app wasn't downloading 100%

After the 3rd try it seems to Dl completely and installed it all and worked fine.

Went back to my main pc Uninstalled everything. cleaned the registry. then made sure my Anti virus was off.

I re downloaded everything and reinstalled and it seems to working now

Thanks for your patience and working through it!

Note we're releasing updated firmware on a regular basis - http://www.autosportlabs.com/new-raceca ... e-updates/

Keep an eye on the wiki for updates!

Also check out the how-to's in our wiki- adding more on a regular basis too.

Thanks!

We're in the process of testing the MK1 build of the same firmware we're using in MK2 - so essentially - yes - the latest firmware and app will be available soon for MK1 users. In fact, we've made a bunch of progress last night ironing out bugs for the MK1 version of the build.

(You can see the changes here if you're curious, sam7s is the processor code word for MK1 https://github.com/autosportlabs/RaceCa ... its/master )

This MK1 firmware will be compatible with the latest V2 software that's downloadable from our site and will have all the core features like automatic track detection, predictive timing and so on - the only differences are hardware capabilities, of course.

If you want to try out this beta MK1 firmware please join this google group and we'll set you up: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum ... ta-testers

How is your MK1 configured? with telemetry or bluetooth?
