injector wiring

Post by skelatons »

Could someone please tell me which pin I use to power fuel injectors with megajolt? I have looked at many schematics, but have not seen where the injectors are wired to. I know they can use a common ground, but what supplies the power. Please help. TIA.

Hi Brad,

Megajolt is IGNITION only, so it is perfectly normal that you cannot find any pins to drive injectors.
There is another product called Megasquirt, maybe you mixed up.
Cheers.

Guess that explains that. So I need megasquirt also for the fuel injection side. Anything else out there other than megasquirt for a car going from carbs to fuel injection?

A lot.
DTA, Emerald, Omex... a.s.o. Depends on how much quids you wanna spend and how far the tweaking should go.
Best is you opt for a system you can tune on a rolling road near where you live and known by the guys operating the RR.
Cheers.
