which version do I have

in april 2008 I bought a megajolt lite jr DIY kit, I assembled it and dry tested its functions with a laptop. due to personal circumstances the car dry stored for some time and i never got to fit the unit. Now its dragged out of hibernation and I want to install the megajolt.
Now I have no idea what version i have and which software I need to use. I spotted a post on here with serveral versions I seem to have a V3.x and some updates (firmware).

can somebody help me to get started again. thanx

Might be a V3 or V4. This should help guide you in determining which version you currently have.

I have a silver casing and a green pcb so i think a V3. Is there any way I can see the firmware version?

Sorry, the red case is misleading as we had that as a short initial production run.

Use the latest V4 configuration software in the downloads section.

V3

You likely need the V 3.2.1 configuration software in the downloads section.

The configuration software tells you what firmware you have on your controller. To see the controller firmware click "help/about" while connected to the controller via serial.
