Hard rev limiter production update

A quick update on the hard rev limiter.
We have two more beta testers scheduled to test the hard rev limiter. Based on the previous testing I do not anticipate any problems- but they are out there for a final 'sanity check'.
For production, the following minor changes will be made:
* Board size increased slightly. However, it will still fit inside the MJLJ case for those that want an integrated installation.
* Mounting holes added to board to facilitate other installation options.
* Screw terminal posts will be eliminated. Connection to the board will be made using wire soldered with large solder pads, and the user can determine the secondary connectors
* The surface mount SOT-23 PNP transistor in the circuit may be too small for the average user to solder. Pads will be added so a common PNP through hole transistor can be used in it's place.
Production availability is about 2 weeks from now.
Thanks for your patience!
