Assembled Megajolts?

Is it possible to order an assembled Megajolt? I'm really not good enough with the soldering iron, or at reading electrical schematics to feel like I can do this on my own.

I also have a question about ordering. I look at the BOM, but aren't their more peices to order? Is there just one part number that I can order, that would have everything in it already to go?
