[/code]A number of options IMHO:
- do nothing - as long as you don't connect anything to the TPS input then you should be OK as is....
.....BUT....I would strongly recommend removing D7 if you are running high levels of boost (or probably any form of boost really)
- remove R3 and L1 to isolate the Vref output and the TPS input
- remove them all, so that you know they can't possibly be having any effect
