Hi,
I have a Suzuki Mighty Boy, it has a suzuki F8B (800cc, 3 cylinder) engine installed.
Would it be possible to use an EDIS-6 system, but only using half of the leads (the half that corresponds to a 3 cylinder pattern, eg 120', 240', 360')?
Is it even feasible? What problems can I expect?
3 cylinder using EDIS-6 possbile?

Definitely investigate the firing order of your engine, and if it matches 1/2 of a 6-cylinder application, I'd say go for testing it out! You might get away with using coil-on-plug units instead of the standard coil packs, if the 'missing' cylinders map (firing-order wise) to the 6 cylinder configuration.
If this is the case, try using the units from a 2000 Ford Escape; others might work as well.
