plugs and leads

ive been reading about people using resistive plugs and leads

the plugs i have are NGK 2288 BKR6EK
the leads are brand new and are 8mm silicone leads from a 1.6-1.8 SOHC CVH sierra engine with these numbers on the box

Sovereign / Motaquip / CI ignition lead set

PART NUMBER : SL222 /OEF272

Applications:

FORD SIERRA 1.6i, 1.8i, SOHC, CVH 1991 ONWARDS

Those are resistor plugs, so they should work fine.
