Hi Marc,

The edis 4 is used on straight 4 cylinders (1342) originally and has a different firing order to a flat four. All you are required to do is swap the plug leads around. Speak to other guys with flat 4's on here with what they have done.

Hope this helps

Hi there Paavo91,

Have you a megajolted your suzuki or are you after a generic rev limiter??

The rev limiter for the megjolt can only really work with a megjolt unit I'm afraid.

Thanks

Hi Healey and welcome to the forum. Sounds like you have an interesting mix there. You will have to get some pics up when you have finished. I would believe the GM and ford CTS (Coolant temperature sensors) would be very similarly calibrated. You could try the Ford calibration. If not it maybe a cas...

Hi there clubbie70 and welcome to the forum. The triggerwheel should be installed as per the instructions at http://www.autosportlabs.net/MJLJ_V4_vehicle_installation_guide#Crank_timing_wheel_and_sensor_installation Basically count 9 teeth from the VR sensor with the engine at TDC. It doesn't really...

Hi there mini mad 69 and welcome to the forum.

The coilpower output of the megajolt ecu goes to the 12V pin of the coilpack (you are correct, centre pin on ford coil packs).

If you can move it round 90 degrees you should be able to get away with it. IF you can put up a pic with the trigger wheel and your engine at tdc and show a position of the VR sensor mount we could possibly work it out??

Ahh, slightly different to what i suggested. I thought about using the electronic signal produced by each of the four MAP sensors to produce a single signal to the megjolt, instead of using a four way joiner and a smoothing reservoir. So each runner would be mechanically separated but electronically...

Something like this. This is the CIS injection model. The carb models have a similar one on the right hand side of the manifold. This T piece is also a valve to store vacuum escaping from the Vacuum reservoir of the brake servo when in low vacuum MAP (possibly engine stall) and requiring to still br...

Personally I believe it to be a hardware issue with the USB adaptor or a software issue with the computers/usb adaptor drivers at this time. If you can, try to get hold of a desktop PC (these normally have dedicated serial ports) to confidence test the megajolt to make sure it can communicate with s...

Spandit,

Could you give us a brief description of your situation and what hardware you are currently using?? Then hopefully we can diagnose the fault for you.

Do you have another computer handy to test if required??
