@DD AFAIK cng1 is not a stakeholder, but might be interested in development of the product as trigger-wheels sell them (and I am a very satisfied customer) @fulmnte For a full tweak with dozens of sensors and a software allowing every possible parameter controlling every possible gadget, Megajolt mi...

Fuel economy
Hi @ all, After a few hundred kilometers, I'd like to report that although my X-flow powered Westfield SEI runs perceptibly better, fuel consumption is lower. Acceleration and 80-120km/h performance has noticeably improved. On 98 octane I might save around 5% compared to the previous dizzy-setup. Wh...

Hi Marc, After a lot of web-reading, I'll stay with the standard gap as requested by the manufacturer. Some try to run with a bigger gap and argue a higher voltage should be able to pull a larger spark, thus leading to a better detonation. With that in mind and approaching somewhere the point where ...

Thank you Brent and Chris, So this is possibly the route I will take. As for testing, can I connect the tach out from Megajolt to the VR in on the Emerald? I have one tach out available on the EDIS pin 11, can I use it as well (separate wiring)? Answering this would help me while looking for the fin...

Brent? Megajolt + Emerald
Hello folks (esp. Brent), You may know from my other topic that I recently upgraded successfully to distributorless ignition with Megajolt. It's a great product and thanks to this community, installation was quite easy (if well prepared). Almost at the same time and due to endless fiddling with the ...

waiting for this
Hi Brent, Using a Samsung Galaxy Tab I really look forward to this dev. For me it could also be cable-based with the USB to the proprietary Samsung connector. The Galaxy's screen is great and has an ideal size to display almost as much information as with the usual Windows desktop GUI. If it has to ...

Thank you! I'll keep an eye on this during testing. In home limp mode and static 'in workshop situ', the engine doesn't seem to move as it is mounted on very hard blocks, but during a real run on the road, this may be different. If this alters the VR-signal, I will have to find another way to mount ...

Hi community, Step 1 (January 30th, 2011) A short presentation: my name is Jos and I'm living in Luxembourg. I discovered this board while searching for additional information in order to convert my Westfield SEi to distributorless ignition. For now, the EDIS, trigger wheel, VR-sensor and coilpack a...
