It doesn't help you but one thing I asked for a long time ago was a way to get the log files from within the RaceCapture application. I still wish that feature was implemented.

I'm guessing accelerometer doesn't sample any faster than 50 hz.

You would need the RaceCapture Pro for that.

I'm assuming that channel name was user created. Until the issue is fixed couldn't you just rename the channel RF_Shock? Then you wouldn't have to do anything when importing.

It seems like it should be pretty simple setup and configure. I think I am going to order one and start playing with it. You could try connecting to the RCP with HyperTerminal. After that, see if issuing the "resetConfig" command works.

Technically all it needs is +12 volt and ground. The rest of the inputs are up to you.

What vehicle do you have? Are they part of the OBDII data available?

Is there a reason you want to look at the raw data instead of opening the file in the RaceCapture application? That application will allow you to view the data in a more analysis type view. You can also upload the file: http://www.autosportlabs.com/new-raceca ... e-uploads/

Are you looking for a wiring diagram? Here is the documentation for sensors. http://autosportlabs.net/RaceCapturePro_Sensors If you go to the "Wheel Speed / Gear speed" they mention the use a of pull-up resistor.

That isn't an operating system issue. Clock Divider was in the old RaceAnalyzer application. It was renamed to "Timer Speed" in the new version.
