Well, from trial and error - I discovered that the write button needs to be pressed at the dialog windows for the settings I was talking about in order to exit them properly and reatin the changes in settings I've done. Which answer that question. But, for the gauge scale and negative values I hope ...

I've wired an electrical cooling fan with my V3. And it works like a charm. But...... it is wired so that the fan is fed directly from the battery, then to the relay controlled by one of the user outputs in MJLJ, and then to the fan. The battery in return is connected/disconnected to the the whole s...

Updating settings from the configurator to the MJLJ unit
Car started with newly built engine without any troubles. (will present car later on) MJLJ unit is V3 with aux input for water temperature, running latest firmware and with latest configurator software for V3. With MJLJ connected, when I update some settings, the buttons 'write configuration' and 'c...

I could mention, that after the calibration - the load axic calibration bins has a scaled value of 0 at 172 and 100 and 186. So i figure that the TPS only really operates between 3.37V and 3.65V ? Again - what should the load bins value then be to function properly? Should the load bins have values ...

Well, now I'm trying the V3 unit I fried - after changing all components. Everything seems to work fine. After a calibration of the TPS the gauge reads from 0-100% with the throttle when I use the accelerator. Engine isn't running. I've had a complete rebuild, and I still need to sort some small det...

Checking 10 BTDC when +12V to coil comes through the MJLJ
I'm about to reconfirm 10dgs BTDC with EDIS only on my rebuilt engine. But.... since I've updated my V3 with a hard rev-limit module, +12V to coil is via the +12V source in the MJLJ. So I have to run MJLJ with EDIS when checking to feed the coil. Could I simply load a table saying 10dgs in all bins ...

I got the last components in place. Flashed latest firmware and everything seems so far to be working nicely. I've only powered it up, so I can't say if the TPS-circuit is working and all other functions. But nothing indicates problems so far. But, as I mentioned about the oscilliator - I would like...

Well, I've fixed the V3 unit I fried with the help of new components from Brent. I flashed latest firmware and latest configurator. I had previously set up a calibration for the water temperature sensor I'm using and saved it as a *.txt file using the 'save' button in the configurator. I thought I s...

Well, yesterday new components arrived from Brent. (finally ! :-) ) Since I have removed all components - there were some missing. And I can't find a detailed BOM-list anywhere on the site, hence I have some questions I hope someone can help me with so that I can order the final components: (Bare in...

I dug out the old pump and gave it a try again. After a bit of failing I sort of got the hang of it. I removed some of the remaining solder. But some of the solder doesn't seem to liquify properly no matter what. I can's suck it up with the pump, and I can't wick it. I seems to only be soft but not ...
