Came across this on my t'interweb meanderings... Smiths gauges made after 1964 have two terminals. The gauge case must be earthed only if you want to illuminate it. The basic temp gauge connections are: green/blue wire from the sending unit to EITHER of the gauge's spade lugs. (it doesn't matter whi...

You could cut out the anomaly of RPM by using one of the programmable outputs on MJ. Choose your RPM, set it in there with a high or low output, that will trigger that particular input. Let's face it, once you've set it, you're hardly going to be changing it regularly. In terms of losing sensor outp...

Seems to me that we're looking at very similar projects, except I was being creative (ergo lazy) and leaving the choke control to you :D If it helps, I have an enquiry with a guy who's making nano-mega's, uses the same programming as the 2009 (deumidueyhueygoofy) but has more inputs and outputs to u...

I knew I wasn't mad, lol. How stable is the programming on the EEPROM once power has been removed? Does it disappear? Maybe follow the Nintendo route and have individual eeproms in cartridge form that you can plug in at will dependant on setup required? Use the existing board, with a breakout module...

Apologies if this is a bit simplistic and if it's waaaaaaay of mark... and I haven't got to grips with the options of Map programming yet, however, whatabout create one map with a fixed rev range, and a switch on dash wired in parallel to a switch on the brake/clutch (however launch is initiated) th...
