I think the issue was the resolution of the monitor that I was using. Once I plugged in the HDMI emulator, it transmitted full screen to Youtube.

I purchased the Beelink SER5 mini PC and configured per the "Video plus data streaming with Racecapture" Youtube Video. I set Fullscreen to ON in the App Preferences screen but it is not displaying full screen on my monitor or when I test stream it to Youtube. Thoughts? Screenshot 2023-08-...
