Has anyoe had any luck with vodaphone in the uk, on contract? Got a car out in the morning on a test day and I cant seem to get an APN user and pass combo that will connect?

Hi just taken delivery of our MK2 logger. When attempting to update the firmware to the latest version we keep getting the error message of "failed to load firmware, unable to locate bootloader" We have followed the instructions with regards to unplugging the usb lead, and the red light on...
