I'm all set and good to go now. The new firmware and app update did the trick.
I had a little hiccup at the track with my script not carrying over but Andrew (your programmer?) got me sorted out at our mutual race.

Thanks for the support!

Firmware is current 2.8.4 Android app is 1.3.9 emailed my config followed your instructions above and still no laps. I checked system status and it never indicated that it was 'in lap' GPS sample rate set to 10hz I dont suspect its my physical setup, but here are pics anyway. http://www.smugmug.com/...

Lap timing trouble, is it just me?

I've never been able to get lap timing working on multiple occasions at 2 different 'automatic' tracks. So I'd like to get it sorted at home while doing a circuit around my house (my neighbors already think I'm nuts) here is a screen cap of my GPS data http://www.smugmug.com/photos/i-CXF9FPC/0/L/i-C...

I had this same issue, I switched to a Win 7 machine and I was then able to update firmware. Must be a windows 10 thing

I have this problem as well. Am not finding the lap timer to be as reliable as I would have liked.

have you considered just using the single 3 stage sequential light and customizing your LUA script to trigger the different stages of LEDs? set your RPM up as normal. make the red (or yellow) also trigger based on your coolant temp. you could also make it flash. I had considered that, its a neat ide...

Running sequential shift light for RPM and Temp

I'd like to run a sequential shift light (SSL) for RPM, and a second SSL for Coolant temp. This way my driver can just watch for lights as he hammers laps. We in the pits will keep an eye on values. We'll still have gauges in the car too. My assumption is that given that we have 3 digital I/O ports ...
