I was looking to connect my LM-2 Wideband O2 monitor to my megajolt e. I read a few topics on here that explain how to do this and also provide configuration files to get it set up. There is a note on the instructions that I have to "cut R6" on the megajolt board. I have a couple questions...

I just assumed it would be easier to wire the tach via the optional tach output board, from reading, it seems there are a lot of people who have trouble getting a proper signal via the EDIS/Megajolt, but maybe I'm understanding it correctly.
