I can't find a .rcap file anywhere. Maybe that's the problem? Where should it be? In RaceAnalyzer, go to File → Save Configuration As…. Make sure you read the configuration from RCP first, so it reflects how the device is actually configured. :-) Here's the rc_1.log file: "AccelX&quo...

Any chance we can pretty pretty please get the lap overview screen by Aug 15? :) There is a LeMons race at NJMP that weekend and a BMW Enduro the following weekend. -Scott We're already collecting that data; just a matter of taking the time to make it purdy. I turned a 1:45.6 on Tuesday at 5:41pm; ...

That's a great idea. Fred's big on measuring brake *pressure*, but merely on/off the brakes would be really useful. You can do this today, of course. Just feed the switch into one of the digital inputs on the RCP and away you go! :-) You could probably do throttle position with the existing sensor, ...

Those are great use-cases to know about. @diamondjack we haven't observed increasing delays in the client (hard to when you're a thousand miles from the race car…), but we'll do some investigation. If you notice that in the future, please try reloading the page and see if the delay decreases. If so,...

That'll go to one of the analog inputs, pins 8-14. http://www.autosportlabs.net/RaceCapturePro_installation_guide#Terminal_block_connections I've never calibrated the coolant sender on an E30 (I don't know if the M20 and M42 are the same sensor), but if someone does, that'd be useful. I have a feeli...

Tach is 9 (black), coolant is 4 (brown/violet). The fuel sender only goes to the cluster, and it has has two signals: level (brown/green) and a switch for the low-fuel light (brown/grey).

The easiest way is to tap into the signal in the instrument cluster. I was able to get fuel level, coolant temperature and RPM on my old E30 by creating a wiring harness that I spliced in-line with the cluster. All of those can be wired directly to RaceCapture/Pro, as the voltages are safe. Looks li...

Hm, that looks a little funny. You're getting 4 samples spaced 0.2s apart followed by one 0.1s later (with a little wiggle on either side). Can you share the rest of your config, or at least the full header of the CSV file? It's possible (and this is a total WAG) that Time is getting sent when it sh...

This is just HHMMSS.ss (24-hour, minute, second, fraction of a second) in UTC. There's no date, however.
