I managed to get somewhere but not very far. After following the procedure to allow unsigned drivers, I was able to successfully run bootloader_driver.exe. When I plug it in with the button pressed I still see nothing in the device manager. When I plug it without the button pressed I see the "l...

Here is a screenshot: http://i82.photobucket.com/albums/j266/pfotenhauer/rcp_device_manager_zps523eda88.jpg Also, I don't know if it matters but when I plug it in without the button pressed it shows up in the device manager under "Other devices" as "RaceCapture/Pro" with no drive...

I had something more comprehensive typed up but Firefox decided to crash. Basically I tried this again and somehow got a different result. When I plugged it in with the button pressed no new devices showed up. I get three indicator lights on the unit and the laptop gives audible feedback that a usb ...

I'm trying to update the firmware but I cant get Windows to recognize the drivers in order to do so. I'm basically stuck after simply plugging it in to the USB port.

Unable to install drivers, Windows 8.1

I've been trying to upgrade my original RCP to the latest firmware and app on a Windows 8.1 machine. I've tried installing the drivers a few times with the same result. "Windows could not find driver software for your device" A couple things of note: 1) I can see the RCP in the device mana...

Thanks Brent, I'll try that startLogging() script. Seems like a real simple test. And yes, the GPS was locked on and it actually locked on much faster than what the DL1 did. I did manual starts and stops over the weekend and everything seemed to work flawlessly. redsts2: Definitely try again, and ma...

Yeah, and I've actually had that happen with a spin on my DL1. The run gets broken up into two pieces. It takes an extra few minutes sorting thru the files with a codriver. For some reason I couldn't even get the autostart based on speed to work. I typed it in exactly as shown in the operation guide...

Autox auto start/stop with speed and Accel G's.

Hopefully someone doesn't mind with a little help on a script. My Lua scripting inst quite up to par yet. I see the scripting in the documentation that shows how to start/stop logging with speed and I think I need a variation on that. What I would like to try is: 1) Start logging when speed gets to ...
