sounds like a loose wire, funny advance can make an engine rev higher, you just of knocked somthing when doing your carb.

I may be wrong but....i think the edis sends out a postive and negative spark and the light will only pick up on one of these?

have you seen the mini pully on the end mine waay nearly 2mm out, by turning it down tho i have got it nearly spot on.
Not sure if that possible when cutting the grooves out of the original

I think that would be a great idea, also selling spares would be good, the molex conectors for example as it would be nice to be able to make more than one loom.
